1. Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
Continually develop your product knowledge and demonstrate exceptional customer service, proactively follow up on all internal and external communications.
Maintaining NINAQUEEN service standards while effectively resolve complicated customer service issues, finding the best solutions which exceed customer expectations.
Focusing on the customer, enhance their buying desire and lead them to a long term business.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and service goals and plans.
Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
Previous retail sales or customer service experience required.
Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to details.
Strong data analysis skills.

2.Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
Perform analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual results
Analyzing report of key financial and operating metrics to support company-wide strategic and operational initiatives
Evaluate proposed investments
Support temporary financial requests

Qualifications:
Finance, Accounting or related field
4+ years of relevant finance experience in accounting
Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and manipulating large data sets
Excellent data analysis ability

3.Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operation processes.
On-boarding process of employees, including background check process, orientation scheduling, etc.
Ensure employee's personnel files and confidential records.
Provides analytic and KPI reporting to HR Leadership.

Qualifications:
4+ years experience in Human Resources
Exceptional communication skills.
Possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to quickly understand data.
Propose credible business or process improvements to drive positive change.
